Safta's Famous Recipes
Grandma Malka (or "safta", as we call her) was famous for her deserts and their nostalgic taste of home. She'd begin planning her shopping list on Wednesday, and spend all of Thursday baking her treats for the community to enjoy on Shabbat. Like clockwork, each Friday a designated representative from the community would knock on her door and pick up the precious cargo wrapped with utmost care and love.
To this day, her legacy carries on in the passion and joy we feel in creating delicious moments of sweetness for others. We are proud that our recipes date back generations and have a lineage of shared community, family and strong values. Coming from a ancestry of food connoisseurs, master entertainers and business entrepreneurs, we bring our expertise, love for food, creativity, and passion for hospitality to your table.
